Nasi campur+ayam kampung (Mixed rice+village chicken…Muahahaha)

November 20, 2009

My lunch at Section 7, Shah Alam. Nyam…nyam. Even with ‘budu’. Yes Roha-chan and Wa-chan introduced budu to me and no stopping since then. I can’t remember the restaurant’s name but the ‘ayam kampung’ is written at the shop sign.

The 'ulam '(raw herbs) like a bush but total cleared afterwards.

I like ‘ayam kampung’ even it smaller or nicer term leaner.

Moon cake

September 2, 2009

Last week end, I bought and ate moon cakes. I bought it at Jusco. I wanted to buy it because I saw an advertisement from Baker’s Cottage selling modern type moon cake and look so delicious. But I was lazy to find that shop and went to Jusco instead.

I dunno what brand is famous so I just chose which ever potrayed halal sign and went I came close to counter, the price didn’t really what I had expected so I bought only 2 cakes, red bean (RM8) and durian(RM10) and I chose low sugar type. The brand is Yu Ai. I have no idea whether this was epensive/famous/cheap since never compare. I just want to eat. This was not my first time I tasted it, first time I ate it during matriculation from a friend (So long ago).

After I made my choice, the sale asistance pack the 2 cakes in nice packing. It kinda a suprice but with that kind of price, it calmed me. Hehehe.

I like the extra effort on packing even though I do not know what I'm going to do with the box

The taste for both was not bad. Truly can taste the red bean or durian. The durian type very close to our durian ‘lempok’. My mother said this one not so bad because last time she tasted, it was too sweet. So maybe low sugar is good choice.

I had Sukiyaki during lecture break

June 25, 2009

I never posted any food related in this blog wasn’t I? Here it is Sukiyaki…

Hot...hot...I was smoked

Hot...hot...I was smoked

I tried this sukiyaki at Tenpayaki at Jusco, Setiawangsa/AU2. I learnt a few lesson:

1) Never eat sukiyaki alone. Unable to finish…Repeat…never alone

2) I hate when the vapor of the soup clouded my spectacle. It’s hard to maitain cool during this time. I felt extra dosage of being nerdy. (Especially all the waiters/cooks are guy).

3) Total nice for someone who likes soup and vegetables. A lot of them and very less of meat.

That all. Ciao for now.
